Changes

There is a very good reason for why I have not updated this blog for almost three weeks. The reason being there is nothing yet to tell! I have before me three very good options. I will briefly outline them for you here, and you can weigh in with your vote. I am at a loss for what to do, so I may very well add a feature that will allow others to vote for thier favorite option. And then the highest bidder wins!

Option 1: Go to BYU. I have been accepted and have a pretty good chance of significant scholarships at BYU. It is a phenomenal school, and I know I will be able to get a very good education there. And it is an opportunity that is available to me now! I hate to wait, especially when I feel like I have the chance to be moving towards my goals.

Option 2: Boston University. This is actually the program and the location that I prefer. However, if I go this year, funding becomes a problem. I was accepted to the program, with scholarships, but there is a dramatic difference in cost of living between Provo and Boston (go figure) and I will not be able to afford it this year without debt. An option that I am not entirely comfortable with. However, with another year of exprience and preperation, I might be able to go.

Option 3: Work. I really enjoy my job. How many people can really say that? I know that I would like to go back to school. But is it so important for me to go back now? Is it necessary for me to drop everything and get back into school this year? I don't know that it is. So I have the option of working for one more year, and then heading back to the MBA program at a school of my choice (I will apply to Boston, BYU and any other schools that I would like to attend).

So there's the deal.

Just FYI, if you want to see my pictures from my recent trip to Boston, you can CLICK HERE for the full album.

You know my vote! I had so much fun the other night--thanks for being slightly insane and putting smooshed up banana and avocado all over your face with me!

I'm glad that I don't have to make those choices. I don't think I could ever leave CA on my own free will. But I do know that once you get married your opportunities sometimes become limited. Crazy things can happen in a year. You are a gem! I'm in the position that if I wanted to get my MBA it wouldn't be an option now. So my choice and don't hate me CA for saying it is SCHOOL.
